We offer various services, including but not limited to dog sitting, cat sitting, and cooking classes. Each service is detailed on our Site, and you are responsible for ensuring that you select the correct service at the time of booking.

Bookings are made online through our website and must be prepaid electronically. For certain services, such as dog sitting and cat sitting, payments may be settled in cash upon completion.

Once a service is booked, you will receive a confirmation email. By making a booking, you agree to the relevant service terms, including any cancellations or refund policies that apply.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services or products on this website must be made in advance. We accept payments via [Payment Methods, e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, etc.]. For services like dog sitting or cat sitting, payments can also be settled in cash at the time of service.

If you need to make a payment using a different method, please contact us prior to booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

For Services:

Zoom Classes: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount.
Dog and Cat Sitting: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is the property of Chickpeahub and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chickpeahub will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or the services provided, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
